Instructions:

  1. Print the 'Product Price List' for your reference.
  2. Type in your account and delivery details on the order form
  3. Type in 'how many' of a certain item you want
  4. Use the drop down box under the 'size' column to choose correct size of container
  5. Type in the colour and product name in the 'what' column
  6. Type in the 'Price'
  7. Add the dollar amounts and type in the 'Totals'
  8. Type in your 'Payment Details'
  9. Check the order form has been filled out correctly
  10. Print and sign the order form
  11. Fax the order form to me Australia (02) 4267 2697 ~ International +61 (2) 4267 2697
  • Payment options are credit card, money order, cheque or direct bank credit.
  • Add 5% to the total if paying by credit card.
  • Email or phone me on (02) 4267 2697 for bank details if wishing to pay by direct credit.
